Terr Nova
The country of the Novians, a very technology minded culture. These people are very similar to today's Americans or the Japanese, very focused on the benefits of advancing civilization with the products of technology. They are similar in cultural personality to Americans, very haughty and sometimes pretentious, a proud nation that is seen as very powerful by its neighbors. They have advanced as a culture to appreciate the benefits of advanced technology, and this is seen throughout their country. Think Star-Trek, or the typical “future” cities seen in movies like Minority Report or the Fifth Element. The Novians live in a very large city that covers the entirety of their country, similar to a very large New York.
